Packaging and Accessories:
All returned items must include all accessories, manuals and other accompanying documents in the original packaging.
Situations where a refund will not be given
Out of Return Window:
Items returned after the 30-day return period will not be refunded.
Damaged or Used Items:
No refund will be given if the item is found to be used or damaged. This does not apply to damage caused by shipping.
Sale or Discount Items:
All sales on sale or discount items are final and non-refundable, unless there is a quality problem when the item is received.
